the tranquil waters
I quickly displace
without a thought
without disgrace
once they seemed
so pure to me,
in distant future lies
and waits
such bliss has taken
and overcome
all that I knew
about the one
that love once lingered
in the mist
until eyes open and
sweetly kissed
illusions waste
such precious time
to take, to laugh
and be alive
